Most items* in stock ship within 1-4 weeks of confirmed payment.

Shop Isaac's Designs cannot guarantee delivery times offered by different carriers, it is the carrier's sole responsibility to deliver within the offered timeframe .

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Your order status may also be viewed in My Account

(*) Custom Designs and Specialized Orders have different processing times. Your "in-hand" date will be discussed during the special order process, to ensure we meet your timeframe requirements.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our team takes pride in processing your order and is committed to you having an excellent shopping experience. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be pleased to assist you.

Merchandise may be returned within 15 days of your purchase for an EXCHANGE ONLY.

To initiate a Return/Exchange, please send an email to "help@shopisaacsdesigns.com", explaining the reason for your request.

Please be advised of the following:

  • Special, Customized and/or "Print-To-Order" items sales are final, and cannot be returned.

  • Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your exchange is processed.

  • If items are returned after our 15 day return/exchange policy, we will not be able to accept your return/exchange and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. A refund will not be credited to your account.

If you are mailing an "iron-on" design, please ensure that the package has a stable hard backing to prevent bending or damage. Designs that arrive in poor condition will not be processed for a return/exchange. If you are mailing apparel or accessories, we recommend waterproof packaging, to avoid damage due to poor weather.
