How do I search for items?
Please use the "Search Box" on the top right of each page of our site. Simply type a keyword or phrase in the box to search and all applicable items will show. Be sure to Contact Us with any special requests. We have thousands of designs and may very well have options that are not currently online.

What are the heart icons throughout the site?
The heart icon lets you mark items as your favorites. They will be saved and can be revisited in My Account.

How do I care for my decorated garment?
Care instructions for all apparel are located on the tags. Wash embellished garments inside-out and separated from "delicate". Low heat wash and low heat dry are recommended. DO NOT IRON designs once adhered to your garment/accessory. Designs are applied to garments with heat so any ironing may melt the adhesive glue and stones can become displaced.

How long may designs last?
Once pressed into your garment/accessory, designs may last the life of your garment. DIY Iron-On designs should be used within 6 months of purchase. Store these designs flat in a dry location to ensure the design keeps its shape and elements remain in place.

When can I expect my order to be fulfilled?
Depending on availability of items, some orders may have different processing times, but estimated fulfilling time is usually within 1-4 weeks of confirmed payment. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Orders received after 1 p.m. EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Please keep in mind that all orders are shipped via USPS, so delivery time will depend on USPS schedule.

How do I check the status of my order ?
Go to My Account to find your order details.

How do I track my shipment?
Visit My Orders to view the tracking information of your order.

How can I change the shipping address for an order I’ve already placed?
If your order has not shipped, you may change the shipping address directly in My Orders, or you may Contact Us.

Can I add an item to an order I’ve already completed?
Unfortunately you can't, you will need to place a new order; but please Contact Us to consider waiving additional shipping cost.

Can I cancel my order?
Once order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has not shipped and includes a garment you want printed with a design, it may only be cancelled if it hasn't been printed yet, so please Contact Us as soon as possible.

Do you have Brick & Mortar stores?
Unfortunately We do not have Brick & Mortar stores.

Are you Isaac's Designs for Wholesale Customers?
No, we are not affiliated with Isaac's Designs for Wholesale Customers. This site sells the Isaac's Designs brand and serves retail customers only. if you are a wholesale customer with a Resale Tax Certificate, please visit their website for assistance.

Do you charge sales tax?
Only in Florida.

What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal processes all of our orders, but you do not need to have or open a PayPal account to place your order; just follow the prompts during checkout.

What is the Return/Exchange Policy? 
Our team takes pride in processing your order and is committed to making sure you have an excellent shopping experience. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase -for any reason- we’ll be pleased to assist you, so please Contact Us to approve your Return/Exchange and issue you a "Return Number"; without it, we will not be able to process your Return/Exchange. Please be aware that any merchandise must be returned for an exchange within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging - unused, unworn and unwashed. If you are mailing Iron-On designs, please ensure that the package has a stable hard backing to prevent it from bending or damaging. Exchanges will be processed as soon as item arrives and inspected. Shipments that arrive in poor conditions and/or without a "Return Number" will not be processed, they will be discarded without further actions.
